Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic Bilingual Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are fluent in both English and Spanish, with a proven background in B2B, B2C, or B2E technology sales.
This is a remote, commission-based role with performance bonuses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about business travel and expense management technology, with a strong ability to prospect, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, and social channels
• Identify and qualify leads that fit Ardortrip's ideal client profile
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for Account Directors
• Clearly present and communicate the value of Ardortrip's platform to prospective clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within Salesforce
• Build strong relationships with potential customers, focusing on consultative and solution-driven sales
Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proven track record in sales within business travel, expense management, or SaaS/tech platforms
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented approach
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM tools)
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Experience in short-cycle sales across B2B, B2C, or B2E markets
Additional Information
• Compensation: 100% Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses
• Travel: 10â20% (depending on territory and events)
