In this role, you'll lead structural design efforts across large-scale building projects, from concept through construction. You'll collaborate closely with developers, architects, and contractors, and play a key role in technical leadership and mentorship.
What You'll Do:
• Direct design on major commercial, institutional, and high-rise projects across Florida and beyond
• Analyze complex concrete, steel, and masonry systems using advanced modeling tools (RAM, ETABS, Revit)
• Oversee development of structural drawings, specifications, and design narratives
• Join client meetings, walkthroughs, and site visits, contributing both technical insight and clear communication
• Mentor junior engineers, provide QA/QC oversight, and support team-wide development
• Ensure compliance with IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, and other applicable codes
What You'll Need to Succeed:
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering with a building focus
• PE license (Florida or eligible for reciprocity)
• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proficiency in structural modeling and drafting software (Revit, RAM, ETABS, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and proven project team leadership

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary of up to $150,000, depending on experience
