Currently employed by Miami-Dade County with permanent status as a Correctional Corporal immediately preceding the examination date. All preceding time must be continuous (one year of continuous full-time employment as a Correctional Corporal immediately preceding the examination date ). Must have achieved an overall rating of satisfactory or above on the performance evaluation covering the most recent rating period to be eligible for the examination. Must possess a State of Florida Correctional Officer certification.
