Your Role & Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Immigration Court at master and individual hearings.

• Draft and argue motions, appeals, and trial strategies.

• Handle complex cases: deportation defense, citizenship, asylum, bond, and waiver hearings.

• Deliver strong oral advocacy in high-pressure settings.

• Guide clients with compassion and professionalism through life-changing proceedings.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (good standing required).

• Immigration trial experience strongly preferred.

• Strong litigation, research, and writing skills.

• Ability to think quickly in court and advocate effectively.

• Spanish fluency a plus.
