Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Best Air Solutions in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of air solutions projects, managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Construction Management, and Leadership skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and air solutions technology

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in managing construction projects

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field"
