Title: Security Compliance Analyst


Location: FULLY remote! Must be located in EST


Salary: $125k-$175k base + RSUs + Full Benefits

We're currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Security Compliance Analyst.


This role serves as a subject matter expert within the Information Security Operations Center (SOC), contributing deep expertise across cybersecurity disciplines and audit methodologies. It blends responsibilities typically associated with a Security Analyst, Helpdesk SME, GRC Specialist, and Auditor. The individual will oversee a range of security-related functions, including the daily administration of monitoring and provisioning systems, implementation and review of security controls, development of new processes, and support for ongoing assessments and audits.


What You'll Be Doing


• SOC Operations: Serve as a core resource for the Global Security Operations Center (SOC) in Cape Coral, Florida, with primary work based on-site.

• Compliance Program Support: Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of customer IT compliance initiatives.

• Audit & Regulatory Oversight: Identify and investigate SOX, SOC, and other regulatory issues; recommend remediation strategies and address audit concerns such as Segregation of Duties and process gaps.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to support audit activities and compliance reviews.

• Auditor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between IT and external/internal auditors, facilitating effective communication and documentation.

• Policy Alignment: Help ensure IT and security policies, standards, and procedures align with regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Control Monitoring & Testing: Build and execute control testing frameworks; collect and analyze evidence to assess control effectiveness.

• Security Evaluation: Review and assess security controls across both on-premises and cloud-based environments.

• Documentation & Reporting: Produce high-quality documentation to support compliance, audit, and operational needs.



What You Need For This Position


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, MIS, etc. OR equivalent professional experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or compliance and exposure to industry-standard security frameworks

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SOX, FFIEC, and GLBA; experience with ISO 2700x, ITIL, or NIST is a plus

• CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or GRCP (active or currently pursuing)

• Strong understanding of IT governance, general computer controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

• Proven experience designing and implementing internal controls, preferably in a SOX-compliant environment

• Ability to interpret and apply security and compliance frameworks across diverse technologies and business processes
