What You Will Be Doing

• Cultivating meaningful relationships with K-8 students as their dedicated mentor, establishing deep trust and nurturing an unlimited potential mindset

• Leveraging advanced AI and adaptive learning technologies to create customized educational journeys—facilitating self-paced progress while providing expert guidance

• Creating and facilitating innovative life-skills workshops covering essential areas like confident public speaking, strategic goal-setting, and effective collaboration—equipping students with crucial tools for future success

• Establishing an environment where curiosity flourishes, ambition is celebrated, and personal growth is prioritized—helping young learners identify and develop their unique talents and passions

Basic Requirements

Senior Associate key responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in any field of study

• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and energize diverse audiences

• Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating elementary and middle school students (K-8)

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring children

• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• Commitment to working in-person at either our Phoenix or Austin campus

• Availability to participate in our fully-paid training program located at our Austin, TX headquarters

Working with us

This is a Full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
