What You Will Be Doing

• Hands-on coding across our PHP (back-end), React (front-end), AWS, and Postgres-based infrastructure.

• Optimize platform performance to handle rapid growth.

• Provide architectural guidance, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

• Mentor junior engineers and take on leadership responsibilities for our international team.

• Work closely with product teams to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative features.

• Improve and maintain existing legacy PHP systems while transitioning to modern tech stacks.

• Optimize AWS deployments and Postgres scaling for seamless performance.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in PHP, React, AWS, and Postgres.

• Proven experience in scaling a startup from early-stage to enterprise-level.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working with both legacy and modern tech stacks.

• A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and manage engineers while remaining hands-on.

• Experience with high-traffic digital platforms, SaaS, or crypto-related businesses is a plus.
