Your Role as Our Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with key industry professionals, including property managers, public adjusters, insurance carriers, and contractors. Your goal is to make All Claims Repairs the first call when disaster strikes.

✔ Identify & develop partnerships with public adjusters, property managers, and referral sources

✔ Expand our client network through strategic marketing and outreach

✔ Collaborate with operations & marketing teams to align business strategies

✔ Represent All Claims Repairs at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions

✔ Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing and sales efforts

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $65,000 (Plus Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses!)

What All Claims Is Looking For

✔ Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (restoration, insurance, or property management experience is a plus!)

✔ Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills

✔ Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment

✔ Experience Working With Public Adjusters Is Highly Preferred

✔ Proficiency in CRM tools & lead tracking systems
