Job Description:

As an Acquisition Partner, you'll process inbound leads into profitable acquisitions. Like a buy-side broker: negotiate and close off-market CRE deals instead of listings. Collaborate on analysis, due diligence, and smooth closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate/qualify leads from our off-market CRE pipeline.

• Conduct market analysis, modeling, and assessments for $5M+ deals.

• Negotiate terms, structure offers, manage acquisitions incl. due diligence/closing.

• Build/maintain seller/stakeholder relationships for seamless deals.

• Collaborate with teams (e.g., legal, finance) to mitigate risks/maximize returns.

• Track progress and report metrics for growth.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in CRE acquisitions, brokerage, or deal-making roles.

• Strong knowledge of off-market sourcing, valuation, negotiation.

• Excellent communication/relationship skills – thrive on lead-to-deal conversion.

• Proficient in tools like CoStar, Reonomy, and market research.

• Super proficient with AI tools/tech (AI experience in data analysis, modeling, or real estate automation highly valued).

• Florida real estate license preferred.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with $5M+ transaction track record.
