This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for analytical quality.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more

• Author Gold-Standard Solutions Write rigorous, step-by-step responses grounded in financial statements, established frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and sound strategic rationale the "golden responses" AI learns from

• Audit AI Business Reasoning Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional-grade quality

• Refine AI Thinking Identify and document logical failures in AI reasoning such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or overlooking macroeconomic variables and provide structured, actionable feedback

• Set the Standard Help ensure AI can serve as a genuinely sophisticated partner for executive decision-making, not just a surface-level summariser

Who You Are

• Holds an MBA from an accredited institution

• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management

• Able to synthesise complex data into clear, executive-quality written analysis

• Highly detail-oriented you catch errors in financial formulas, flawed assumptions, and weak arguments others miss

• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously

• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy

• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured feedback workflows

• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modelling, Tableau, or SQL
