What Youâll Do

Youâll be the go-to expert evaluating credit applications and documentation submitted through our digital loan platform. This is a fast-paced role where youâll collaborate closely with loan officers, dealerships, and borrowers to drive quick, accurate decisions.

- Know the Product ⓠMaster our Marine & RV loan programs so you can evaluate applications quickly and thoroughly.

- Underwrite with Confidence ⓠReview credit reports, income docs, tax returns, and other financials to assess borrower eligibility.

- Mitigate Risk ⓠAnalyze creditworthiness and verify applicant qualifications based on lending guidelines and DTI ratios.

- Drive Decisions ⓠApprove, decline, or recommend changes to loan applications using both internal standards and partner bank criteria.

- Be the Bridge ⓠCommunicate with banks, dealers, and applicants to gather missing information, clarify discrepancies, and move deals forward.

- Stay Compliant ⓠEnsure every loan is reviewed in accordance with regulatory standards and documentation is audit-ready.

- Improve the Process ⓠIdentify and resolve bottlenecks, enhance the applicant experience, and help refine our underwriting workflow.

What Weâre Looking For

We're seeking someone whoâs not just checking boxesâ”you're someone who understands the balance between risk and reward and wants to be part of something bigger.

Required Background:

- Experience in F&I (Marine, RV, or Auto) or in a direct/indirect underwriting role.

- Deep knowledge of credit analysis, loan structures, and underwriting risk.

- Comfortable working with loan origination systems like Salesforce and underwriting tools.

- Strong understanding of compliance and financial regulations related to consumer lending.

- Proven ability to communicate with both dealership personnel and consumers.

- Obsessed with accuracy, documentation, and fast turnaround times.

- We are a hybrid organization with team gatherings in our Brickell office Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays and remote work Mondays and Friday. At this time, we are unable to offer relocation assistance.

Nice to Have:

- Experience underwriting secured consumer loans (marine, RV, or auto preferred).

- Strong familiarity with income verification (W2, 1099, self-employed tax returns).

- Enthusiasm for streamlining loan processing and enhancing customer satisfaction.
