REVIT DESIGNER

Job Description
CAP Government, Inc., is seeking a Revit Designer to join our team. The candidate responsible for using REVIT to create, update and modify preliminary 3D models and drawings received for the purpose of presentations.
We currently have positions available in our Miami-Dade office. Talent is the essence of meeting our client's objectives, goals, and challenges. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Duties, Responsibilities, And Qualifications
• Generates high quality initial models and drawings for customers sign off based on documentation provided.
• Communicates status and updates to the team.
• Provides updates and confirmation of completed tasks in design software.
• Consults with the Engineering Manager on preliminary drawings, structural design and technical issues.
• Updates and finalizes sign off drawings created in REVIT that meet established production drawing criteria.
• Interacts as needed with other departments.
• Creates and modifies drawings for special assignments.
• Communicates any discrepancies found in drawings to prevent repeat errors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager
Education/Experience
• Formal training on REVIT
• 2-3 years of previous work experience in REVIT/Engineering environment.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving and effective communication skills.
• Job requires a professional, courteous and customer focused demeanor and attitude.
• Job requires the management of multiple projects, the ability to prioritize and timeliness.
• Must be proficient using REVIT with the willingness and capability to learn new applications as required.
