Job Description
"The Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship Program is designed to prepare apprentices to provide exceptional customer service while overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant. Their duties include hiring and training restaurant staff following company policies, speaking with patrons to address concerns or solve problems, Maintaining safety and food quality standards, and supervising daily shift operations.
This program leads to a career pathway that combines college coursework, mentoring, and on-the-job training. Apprentices will learn key responsibilities and skills required to become a Restaurant Manager. Upon program completion, apprentices will receive an Apprenticeship Certificate of Completion and a College Credit Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations.
