Loyalty & Personalisation Senior Consulting Director, Americas Location: USA (Cincinnati, Miami or New York) We are looking for Loyalty & Personalisation Senior Consulting Director, Americas to Partner with Sales and Client teams, understanding new and existing client needs, support new business and existing client account development and sell in relevant and compelling Client Value Propositions. Requirements include minimum of 15-20 years total work experience; experience in designing loyalty, personalisation and CRM strategies & propositions for retailers, with proven experience in design thinking & service design methods, outside-in analysis (quant/qual) and applying data science methods to large client data sets; proven experience managing a live portfolio of consulting projects across multiple clients; experience in driving new business development and sales while concurrently overseeing live projects and practice development; proven practice leadership and development for knowledge workers including hiring, retention, skill & knowledge development, proposition development, business development; tenure at a big tech software vendor providing AI-powered loyalty, personalisation and CRM software and services; tenure at a tier 1 strategy consultancy with experience in creating data-enabled commercial strategies for retailers; in depth knowledge of modern AI capabilities and their commercial application to retailers; extensive experience working with C-suite and E/SVPs at retailers in sales/business development and value creation assignments; extensive experience of researching and publishing provocative Thought Leadership and participating at conferences as guest speaker and panellist; Spanish language skills desirable as the role covers NAM and LATAM.
