Your next role - Superintendent
The core responsibilities needed for this role are:
• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project align with the luxury standards.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on the construction site. Ensure all work is performed according to the project specifications and high-quality standards.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers. Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project costs and manage the budget to avoid overruns. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and regulatory authorities. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, such as delays, material shortages, and technical challenges. Adapt to changes and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
• Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports. Prepare and submit daily reports and maintain detailed records of site activities.
• Client Relations: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a high-quality finished product. Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

What you need to be successful
• 10+ years in Construction Management
• You will have at least 2 proven restaurant projects under their belt as the lead superintendent from start to finish.
• A project list of commercial interiors, build-out, and TI.
• An expert communicator
