Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our top-tier partners, including major wallets, exchanges and other key players in the crypto ecosystem. Your main responsibility will be to ensure their success and satisfaction with the Banxa platform, while also identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.



This isn't just a support role; it's a strategic position focused on building and nurturing long-term, high-value relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and expanding partner relationships within the tech industry, along with a genuine interest and solid understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape.





Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of our most important partners.

• Understand each partner's unique business goals and challenges to help them maximize their use of Banxa's products and services. You'll work proactively to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and increased revenue.

• Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.), ensuring partner feedback is heard and integrated into our product roadmap.

• Proactively address and resolve any technical or operational issues, ensuring a smooth and positive partner experience.

• Collaborate on a regular basis to understand our partner's objectives and translate that to actionable opportunities to expand the relationship and develop Banxa's product

• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity within the crypto space. You'll be a trusted advisor to our partners, providing valuable insights on how to grow their business.

• Meet our partners face to face at conferences across North America





Qualification:

• At least 5+ years of experience in a Partner Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a tech or fintech company.

• Excel at building genuine rapport and trust. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are exceptional.

• Proven ability to manage and grow complex relationships, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.

• Strong interest in and working knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry: You understand the basics of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the current market dynamics.

• You don't wait for problems to arise. You anticipate partner needs and take a proactive approach to their success.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where things move quickly.
