What You Will Do

As an AI Engineer specializing in Computer Vision and Object Detection, you’ll play a pivotal role in not only driving our experimental approach to problem solving but also in bridging the gap between innovative algorithms and real-world applications. You will help build computer vision models and shape our MLOps practices, ensuring that our machine learning lifecycles are as efficient and scalable as possible.

• LLMs and Generative AI: If you're interested in working with large language models and generative AI, we offer opportunities to explore and implement LLM-based solutions in real-world applications. This could involve fine-tuning models, optimizing inference for productions, or integrating AI-driven automation onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement computer vision and object detection models to meet our product needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products.

• Conduct experiments and prototype new concepts to enhance model performance and accuracy.

• Design and direct MLOps practices including helping to define best practices for computer vision projects and beyond.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI, specifically in computer vision and object detection.

• Strong programming skills in Python with familiarity with ML frameworks like Tensorflow/Pytorch.

• Strong belief in the value of experimentation and a passion for continuous learning and improvement

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with a remote team.

Nice To Have

• Experience in building AI models and code used in a production environment.

• Experience building and implementing LLM solutions in production.

• Experience with cloud based frameworks including AWS, GCP or Azure.

• Familiarity in MLOps tools like MLFlow, Kubeflow or other related tools."
