Lead AV Technician

We're partnering with a leading audio-visual and broadcast integration company based in Miami that's known for delivering high-quality, detail-driven installations across South Florida. They work much like the big players in the industry but on a more personal scale, taking pride in hands-on craftsmanship, technical excellence, and teamwork.

Right now, they're looking for an experienced Lead AV Installer to join their growing crew, someone who knows their way around both broadcast and AV systems and can take charge on site.

This isn't just another install role. You'll be the go-to person for complex systems, helping guide junior techs, setting standards, and making sure every project leaves the client genuinely impressed. From corporate AV fit-outs to broadcast studios, you'll get a mix of work that keeps every week interesting.

If you're the kind of technician who takes pride in clean racks, crisp signal paths, and well-labelled cables, you'll fit right in.

Who They're Looking For

• A hands-on tech with solid experience across audio-visual and broadcast systems (ideally strong with audio systems)

• Someone comfortable leading on-site installs and commissioning systems

• Confident with platforms like Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Dante, and similar

• A proactive problem solver who can read drawings, lead a team, and deliver under pressure

• Certifications (CTS, Dante, etc.) are a big plus but attitude, pride in your work, and dependability matter just as much
