Wealth Management Relationship Manager - Miami

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage and coordinate investor, lending, wealth advisor, and product specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise for sophisticated clients;

• Coordinate commercial facets of role including fostering relationships with clients. Build relationships and partner with internal support groups to maintain control, find solutions, resolve issues, leverage capabilities, and share expertise and best practices;

• Identify prospects and establish contact to convert them into clients;

• Assist clients in achieving broad financial/investment goals related to the creation and management of wealth and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of their businesses and sources of wealth generation;

• Foster an environment of constant feedback, continuous improvement, and adaptative behavior by providing guidance to junior staff;

• Generate investment ideas for clients to develop tailored solutions that address clients' investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs;

• Conduct periodic reviews of investment performance and suitability for client accounts, updating substantial changes in client profiles, such as changes in sources of wealth, financials, risk objectives, investment constraints;

• Execute asset trade orders (equity/bonds/mutual and alternative funds/FX) in collaboration with trade desk;

• Monitor fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments through the analysis of information obtained from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, and personal interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, similar field, or any engineering concentration and two years of experience in the Financial Industry;

• Knowledge of financial markets to support portfolio analysis and asset allocation;

• Knowledge of the account opening processes for US Broker Dealers;

• Expertise in structuring, opening, and maintaining offshore investment vehicles tailored to clients outside the United States;

• Proficiency with Pershing Netx360;

• Regulatory Examinations: Mandatory SIE and Series 7. Series 66 must be taken within 90 days of hire;

• Languages: Spanish (must have).
