Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator in engineering and construction environment that perfectly in our growing culture. Having great work attitude, and high values such as hardworking, excellent communication, respect, honesty and professionalism, as well as qualifications such as Bachelor or at least 2 years of university education in Civil engineering are must!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, resources, and documentation.

• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and project reports.

• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication.

• Support design reviews, procurement, and construction planning activities.

• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Having a great work attitude, and high values such as hardworking, excellent communication, respect, honesty and professionalism are a must

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or at least 2 years University degree in Civil Engineering.

• International experience or education are welcome

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with MS Project or similar tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Excellent in speaking, writing, reading, and listening in English
