What You'll Do:

• Project Leadership - Manage structural engineering projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional markets.

• Mentorship & Oversight - Guide junior engineers, review technical designs, and ensure quality control.

• Client Engagement - Represent the firm with architects, contractors, and owners.

• Technical Depth - Deliver designs across steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures using ETABS, RAM, RISA, and Revit.

• Growth Contribution - Support proposals and business development in South Florida's expanding market.

What You'll Bring:

• 10+ years in structural engineering with commercial/institutional focus

• PE license (Florida or reciprocity)

• Strong command of Florida codes, IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
