Key Responsibilities:
• PLC and HMI Programming: Design, program, and configure PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems using industry-standard software tools such as [various software platforms].
• System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate control systems with existing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• System Analysis and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal operation and performance of automation systems.
• Technical Support and Training: Provide expert technical support and training to Engineers, Technicians, and Customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to operate systems effectively.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all projects meet regulatory standards and adhere to strict safety requirements.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in control systems engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in PLC programming and configuration, with experience in various PLC platforms. Solid knowledge of motion control, sensor integration, and data acquisition systems.
• Industry Expertise: Broad-based experience across multiple market segments. Experience with advanced automation cells, vision systems, or robotics is a plus.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
