We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building lasting client relationships, managing accounts effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, supporting their needs and aligning our services to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts and serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and professionalism
• Track client satisfaction and implement improvement plans where necessary
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure service quality and consistency
• Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in the development of account strategies
• Generate reports and provide insights to improve client experiences
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
