Senior Software Engineer

The Opportunity

We're partnered with an insurtech/health tech startup that's seeking a Senior Engineer to join their founding team in Miami, FL. This is not a "maintain legacy code" role; this is a "roll up your sleeves and build the plane while flying it" role.

What You'll Do

• Work across the Stack: Frontend, Backend, DevOps

• Solve Hard Problems: Contribute thinking around complex business logic

• Ship with Confidence: Implement rigorous automated testing

• Embrace Polyglot Development: Core is .NET and React, but you'll leverage the best tools for the job

Who You Are

• Expert Automator: Exceptional experience with automated testing; Playwright/E2E is second nature to you. (Bonus points for Testcontainers)

• An AI-Augmented Coder: You don't fear AI; you use it. You are enthusiastic about agentic tooling and integrating LLMs into your development workflow to move faster (ie Claude Code, Cursor, etc..)

• Expertise in Tech Stack: .NET and React

• Ideally Startup experience: Comfortable taking initiative and being agile in a fast-paced environment
