About the job: Sogeti is seeking a high‑energy Senior Client Partner to own, grow, and evolve a portfolio of large, strategic client relationships across multiple industries. This role is responsible for managing multiple large, complex client accounts, driving sustained organic growth, and engaging C‑level executives through value‑led, strategic partnerships. The Senior Client Partner is accountable for revenue growth, profitability, delivery excellence, and long‑term client satisfaction across multi‑dimensional engagements spanning the Sogeti Florida portfolio.



This role is based in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area and requires a local presence, with the ability to be in front of clients as needed to support relationship development, executive engagement, and delivery success.



What you will do at Sogeti:

• Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, typically $10-15M+ in combined annual revenue, delivering sustained organic growth.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor to C‑level and senior client leaders, shaping strategic dialogue, reinforcing value, and strengthening long‑term partnerships.

• Drive account strategy and growth planning, with clear accountability for revenue, profitability, pipeline, and forecasting against defined sales KPIs.

• Lead and govern complex, multi‑dimensional engagements across applications, infrastructure, data, cloud, and emerging technologies, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

• Identify, develop, and leverage alliances and strategic partnerships to expand the client footprint and accelerate growth opportunities.

• Provide leadership and direction across matrixed, global teams, ensuring effective use of onshore and offshore resources, strong communication, and high‑quality outcomes.

• Maintain end‑to‑end ownership of the commercial relationship, including contracts, pricing, margin management, renewals, and internal financial governance.



What you will bring:

• 10+ years of experience managing large client relationships within IT Consulting environments, including responsibility for multi‑account portfolios.

• Proven success driving organic account growth, including building $510M+ in new business within existing clients.

• Demonstrated experience operating with revenue, sales, and profitability targets, including forecast ownership and KPI‑driven performance management.

• Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage, influence, and advise C‑level stakeholders on business and transformation priorities.

• Deep experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements in a global, matrixed delivery environment.

• Ability to connect technology capabilitiesapplications, infrastructure, data, and cloudto measurable business outcomes for clients.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including executive‑level storytelling and value articulation.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to run accounts like a business while balancing growth, delivery, and people leadership.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $165,000 - $200,000.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
