A leading steel fabrication contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-value commercial and industrial projects across Florida. Specializing in structural steel and complex fabrication, this firm delivers large-scale builds up to $10M for warehouses, manufacturing plants, and commercial developments. With a strong pipeline of projects secured for 2025, theyâre expanding their team to meet growing demand.

The Role

Youâll take full ownership of steel fabrication projects from estimation through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include:

- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships

- Overseeing fabrication schedules, budgets, and site logistics

- Coordinating with engineers, GCs, and field teams to resolve technical challenges

- Ensuring compliance with industry standards (AISC, AWS, OSHA)

- Reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance

Who Weâre Looking For

- 2+ years of project management experience in steel fabrication or structural construction

- Proven track record with commercial/industrial projects ($2Mâ“$10M range preferred)

- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, shop drawings, and erection sequencing

- Proficiency in Tekla, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD (a plus)

- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
