Legal Assistant

Our client, a legal firm is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to join their downtown Miami office.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-level administrative and light paralegal support to a Shareholder, with occasional support to associates

• Prepare, edit, and file legal documents related to complex commercial litigation matters

• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and case preparation

• Proactively anticipate legal team needs to ensure seamless support of client matters

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial litigation

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

• Ability to work full-time onsite for the first 60–90 days (Monday–Friday), then transition to hybrid (in office Tuesday–Thursday)

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in a medium to large-sized law firm

• Familiarity with litigation processes at the federal and state levels
