About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing sales team at our Miami Beach office. This is a proactive, outbound-focused role responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain high outreach volume with quality engagement
• Track activities in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
• Stay current on industry trends and Cygna Labs offerings
• Provide feedback to improve messaging and targeting
• Represent Cygna Labs professionally in initial client interactions and events
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years in sales development or lead generation (B2B tech preferred)
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and appointment setting
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and resilient
• Bilingual/multilingual candidates and those with international outreach experience are encouraged to apply
