When and Where the Magic Happens

• 25 hours per week; Wednesday - Sunday Flexible Availability Required

• This is an 8 week temporary promotional position running November 27th through December 31st, 2025

• Aventura Mall - Dyson Pop-Up Experience

What We Offer

• $26.00-$28.00 hourly pay

• Hiring Incentive Bonus: Earn up to $500 by joining our team! $300 Incentive paid out with 1st paycheck. Must have 100% compliance to week 1 scheduled shifts. Plus another $200 will be paid out on final December paycheck. Must work at least 1 full shift in December.

• $500 Retention Incentive Bonus:Must have 95% shift compliance from hire date thru Dec 31, 2025. Paid out January 2026.

• Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge

• W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule

• Get shoppers talkingby showing off the sleek design and smart features that make Dyson a must-have

• Be the go-to gurufor all things Dyson€”help customers find their perfect match

• Team upwith store staff to create a fun, high-energy shopping vibe

• Keep the spotlight on Dysonwith eye-catching displays that are always on point

• Celebrate your winsby sharing quick updates after each shift€”because your impact matters!

What You Bring to the Team:

• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese

• At least a year of experiencein sales, retail, or demos? You're already ahead of the game!

• Bonus pointsif you've rocked a tech or luxury brand before

• People person!You're confident, outgoing, and love chatting with customers

• Reliable ride?You'll need it to get to your store on time and ready to shine

• Smartphone savvy€”you'll use it for quick shift check-ins and reporting

• Can lift up to 35 lbs.and stay on your feet? You're good to go!
