This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to step into a role that offers fantastic exposure to complex investment structures and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fund administration or partnership accounting, with specific expertise in managing NAV calculations and general ledger maintenance for alternative investments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial reporting.

• Manage the full cycle of capital activities, including the processing of calls and distributions.

• Execute daily operational tasks such as cash management and trade settlement coordination.

• Perform detailed reconciliations of internal ledgers against external counterparties to ensure accuracy.

• Assist in the calculation and verification of Net Asset Value for various investment vehicles.

• Support the annual audit process by compiling necessary documentation and schedules for external reviewers.

• Record complex investment transactions accurately within the general ledger.

• Collaborate with third-party administrators and custodians to resolve operational discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard investment accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

• Proven experience working within fund administration, private equity, or a similar financial environment.

• Strong understanding of partnership accounting principles and US GAAP.

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience is required.

• Relevant professional certifications are considered an asset but not required.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
