An established life sciences company are looking to hire a Finance Manager, Supply Chain. This individual will support the Supply Chain finance area in the successful delivery of short-to-long-term initiatives aligning finance and operations in support of the organization's objectives. The role requires a blend of financial expertise, supply chain knowledge, and a passion for improving operational performance with analytical thinking and advanced modeling capabilities. This is a high-impact finance role supporting Supply Chain leadership, so we are looking for candidates who combine strong business partnership skills with deep technical and analytical capability. The position is based in Miami and will be a Hybrid schedule. CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA • The strongest candidates will have supported supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments and will be comfortable working cross-functionally to connect financial outcomes with operational performance. • Advanced Excel capability is a core requirement. The ideal candidate should be able to build complex financial models, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, manage large datasets, and translate data into clear business insights. • Candidates must have created new reporting tools from scratch, including financial models, dashboards, KPI scorecards, or automated management reporting that improved visibility and business decision-making. • A proven track record of process improvement is essential. Strong candidates should be able to demonstrate how they streamlined reporting, forecasting, planning, or analysis processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision support. • Someone with advanced analytical thinking who can move beyond reporting the numbers to identifying performance drivers, diagnosing root causes, and recommending practical actions to improve results. • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar business intelligence platforms is highly valuable, especially when paired with a strong foundation in FP&A, forecasting, and variance analysis.
