Job Description

Job ID: 100753 - High school diploma or GED. Two years of experience in building maintenance or construction to include one year in a supervisory role are required. Candidate must have previous experience servicing, repairing and/or maintaining Fire Alarm systems in accordance with the Florida Fire Prevention Code (FFPC). Must possess one of the following valid licenses issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR): Certified Unlimited Electrical Contractor (EC), Alarm System Contractor I (EF), or Registered Alarm System Contractor I (EY or EH) for Miami-Dade County. A valid Fire Alarm Systems Agent certification is also required and must be maintained and renewed every two (2) years. Must possess a driver s license.
