The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience and a comprehensive understanding of diverse asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily trade pipeline and coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as research and operations, to optimize workflow and client service delivery.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of customized investment plans tailored to specific client liquidity and capital requirements.

• Manage communication flows between clients and counterparties to ensure inquiries are resolved with precision and speed.

• Provide high-level support to leadership in maintaining superior service standards across the portfolio management function.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a deep understanding of investment products, specifically Equities, Fixed Income, and Alternative Investments.

• 5+ years of relevant experience within financial services is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.

• Strong command of standard office software and presentation tools.

• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are required for this role.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and discretion.
