Qualifications & Work Environment
Requirements:
• Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalency. An Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Secretarial Science is preferred.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of previous clerical experience is required. One (1) to two (2) years of administrative support experience in a Human Resources/Personnel department is preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience working in a government agency or public sector environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with employees, supervisors, other departments, city officials, and the public.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background screening process.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
