Core Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentorship: Direct a dedicated operations team, establishing standardized procedures to mitigate operational risk and eliminate manual inefficiencies.

• Complex Data Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of sophisticated financial datasets across diversified credit-sensitive asset classes, ensuring precise tracking of fund expenses and performance.

• Process Automation: Identify and deploy advanced automation and data extraction strategies to enhance the accuracy, speed, and scalability of daily workflows.

• Financial Oversight: Manage comprehensive reporting and budgeting processes to provide actionable insights for senior leadership and investment committees.

• Vendor Management: Serve as the primary operational liaison for external partners, service providers, and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Professional Background: 8+ years of experience in fund administration, investment operations, or institutional private credit.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in leveraging advanced data tools (Alteryx, SQL, or similar) and ERP systems to optimize complex financial workflows.

• Asset Knowledge: Prior experience managing large-scale credit portfolios or specialized fixed-income instruments is highly preferred.

• Operational Control: Comprehensive understanding of internal controls, audit readiness, and industry best practices.

• Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing junior staff and building operational infrastructure within a fast-paced environment.
