Role Overview
This is a key leadership role focused on expanding and optimizing partnerships in mortgage, title, and insurance services. The Director will lead strategy, agent engagement, and operational execution to ensure preferred partners are seamlessly integrated into the agent workflowâdriving adoption, improving service delivery, and contributing meaningfully to brokerage revenue.
What You'll Do
• Develop and implement strategies to boost agent use of preferred partners in mortgage, title, and insurance.
• Build business plans and revenue forecasts for each service line, aligning with company growth goals.
• Source and negotiate new partnerships that enhance both profitability and agent value.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce campaigns that promote integrated service offerings.
• Act as the primary liaison between agents and partners, ensuring top-tier service.
• Lead educational initiatives, including office tours and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Create and manage incentive programs to reward successful cross-selling.
• Work with recruiting and onboarding teams to embed services into the agent experience.
• Establish dashboards to track referral volume, conversion rates, and partner performance.
• Monitor KPIs in collaboration with Finance, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
• Ensure all partnerships remain compliant with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with IT and Marketing to streamline tech integration for service partners.
• Align with Development teams to embed partner services into new developments from launch to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams on co-branded campaigns and recognition efforts.
• Work with local sales leaders to adapt initiatives to each market's unique needs.
What You Bring
• 7+ years of experience in residential real estate, mortgage, title, or insurance services, preferably in a brokerage environment.
• Proven success in driving agent engagement with ancillary services and hitting revenue goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships across agents, executives, and external partners.
• In-depth understanding of real estate transaction workflows and compliance.
• Data-savvy with a proactive, adaptive, and collaborative leadership style.
Performance Metrics
• Growth in partner service usage among closed transactions
• Ancillary revenue as a share of total brokerage income
• Number of agents consistently using at least one preferred service
• Partner satisfaction and feedback scores
• Impact of training initiatives on adoption and conversion
